My latest post for Forbes examines the current struggles at Liverpool in a historical context. It's been a rough start to the new season for the Reds, but their new manager and only two-year-old ownership group needs to be given time to progressively rebuild a club that was on the brink of administration only two short years ago. Click on the link above to ready my justification for asking for such patience.

Prior to a week long vacation in August I made a projection as to the EPL 2012/13 table based upon Transfer Price Index Sq£ values. You may be surprised to see how the predictions compare to two other predictions from ESPN.com's writers as well as the Euro Club Index. I then followed up that post last week with a review of how the results of the first two weeks compared to the clubs' expected performance. Everyone knows that Spurs and Liverpool, amongst others, are struggling, but by how much? The second post attempts to answer that question.
